The prices in our store are not necessarily equal to the price on our website. We accept orders online to give our customers the convenience of purchasing their dress or gown directly from our website without the time and expense that we incur when you experience our outstanding customer service in our physical retail location.

When purchasing merchandise from Esmeralda's Boutique web site and/or physical store locations, you will be asked to read, understand, and agree to the return policy as follows: we do not accept returns, allow exchanges, offer store credits, or issue refunds of any kind. Due to the seasonality and delicate nature of our merchandise, all sales are final. Your online order cannot be completed unless you agree to these terms at checkout.

Once you find the item you are interested in, click on it, and you will be taken to the products detail page. On that page, you can select your size, color, and any accessories. Once you have everything you need, simply select the option to "add to bag" and you can check out at any time by selecting the checkout button.

Yes, we have customer service representatives that will be more than happy to help you place the order over the phone during normal business hours. Please have your style number, shipping information, and payment information ready.

Your card is not charged until we can fulfill your order with a confirmed ship date that is before your wear date.

While we strive to process and ship all our orders as soon as possible, due to the delicate nature of our products, processing times will vary based on each individual order placed. For example, an item that is not in stock in our stores but can be ordered from the designer may require additional processing time. It is very important that you provide an accurate "event date" at the time of checkout.

You will receive an email within 48 hours letting you know if the dress is in stock or not. If the dress is in stock, we will send you a tracking number. If we must order the dress with the designer warehouse, we will let you know a ship date.

Domestic ground shipping to the continuous US, we offer free shipping for any dress more than $250. Any dress below, would be charge $25 for shipping. Additional shipping options are available for additional cost.

Yes, cost will vary depending on where you reside.

A rush order is when your event is within 7 business days. An additional cost for shipping and processing will have to occur for it to arrive on time.

Rush orders will vary on how soon you will need the dress by, the starting rate is $50.

No - our gowns are priced without alterations cost.

The price varies based on the complexity of the alterations. We will have to see you in your dress first before quoting.

Yes, however depending on the dress our alterations specialist does have the right to deny the work.
